Art of living : I had attended for a 6 days camp from 9th to 14th of this month in Shimoga ( My Native).
The camp is tittled as "SUDHARSHANA KREEYE SHIBIRA" , it was a wonderfull expireance .
It is the basic ( foundation course) course from 'Art Of Living (AOL) , it all contains Yoga, meditation, breathing, pranayamas and taughts by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar . It is a compulosry for everyone.
If you found any camps from the AOL , i kindly suggest that just go and attend and FEEL it.
